I bought this as I was tired of the keurig and drip coffee machines. I found myself going out for coffee more and more often and stumbled across this product from a friend. After trying it I decided to buy one as well. I’ve not gone out for coffee in the month I’ve owned it as the coffee is that good. It makes the best coffee every time and is very low maintenance. Just keep the water try filled and coffee beans filled and it handles the rest! The three maintenance objects are: Every couple of days: cleaning the milk steamer. Takes a couple mins. Weekly: Pulling out the inside and rinsing it off the sink and letting it dry. 5-10 min time to wash it, and an hour or so to dry. Monthly: Putting a tablet in the coffee ground input and clicking clean: 30 sec of effort, and less than 10 min for it to do its thing. You do need a medium size bowl or a large measuring cup.
